www.anandprakash.in gladly accepts orders from several countries across the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries:

Shipping rates increase in increments of 0.5 kg/500 gms

Shipping service and delivery period

We use FedEx for shipping all our products. Our experience with them has been positive and they serve most corners of the globe. All goods are dispatched within 7 working days of the confirmation of your order and payment.  FedEx takes ideally 7-15 days to deliver it to you from our warehouse in New Delhi. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment from the shipping agency. In case of any delay in shipping of goods we will inform you accordingly. Goods that are damaged or lost in transit are replaced completely free of cost as per our Returns & Refund Policy. 

Important

For addresses where FedEx does not deliver we will use other reputed shipping agencies.  In such cases we cannot guarantee timely deliveries.

Delivery date confirmation

Please note that it is not possible for us to give you a guarantee for the delivery date as we have no control over unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery after we have shipped the order. Do track your order periodically with the airwaybill/tracking information emailed to you. 

Wrong delivery address 

We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then re-ship the same back to the corrected address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from anandprakash.in, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from anandprakash.in, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Returns & Replacements

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our Company’s address of communication.
